The Hand of Hope
Most of you have probably seen the picture below, taken in 1999. It shows the hand of a 21-week-old fetus reaching out and grasping the finger of a doctor about to perform surgery on him.
I like to laugh. :) ...especially the kind of laughter that ends in silence...not because the joke ends and there is nothing to say, but because you are laughing so ridiculously hard you can't breathe.
